Went during a Sunday so it wasn't too busy. I got the $4.99 Ramen with $1 dumpling and $10.50 Xtreme Korean Corn Dog. Mind you on the menu it had said dumplings so I assumed it'll be at least 3 but it was 1 singular dumpling that didn't cook well in the ramen and didn't taste good at all. The ramen I choose was buldak so when I went to put boiling water I did the second option so it wouldn't be watery. It still turned out very water downed so that was upsetting. Customer service wasn't very friendly and the store had no AC so in the Laredo heat it felt like we were in an oven. Pretty unfortunate visit I hope it gets better.

Honestly if I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. After people recommending this snack place I finally had a chance to try it out. Staff was inconsiderate and RUDE. I asked a simple question in English in which the cashier got mad then I got a RUDE RESPONSE IN SPANISH ( I know how to speak Spanish however my preferred language is English). I continued to stay nice and we placed our order. After waiting for more than 30mins for ONLY TWO THINGS. The food looked nothing like the photos on the wall. Food was DRY and quite frankly BLAND. Definitely never coming back.

The food here is decent, and while I expected a higher price point given the 'snack' concept, the value proposition feels off. I don’t mind paying $20 for ramen and a Korean corn dog, but the experience was soured by the service policy. Despite the high markup on the food, I was told I couldn't have my own water bottle at the table. It’s disappointing to be charged premium prices only to be met with such rigid and unwelcoming policies over a bottle of water. If you’re going to charge those prices, you should at least provide a more accommodating environment for paying customers.

My daughter and her friend wanted to try this snack place! They were raving over the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries! Both girls ordered together without me realizing but,I needed separate transactions. I informed the male cashier to charge separately. He seemed annoyed with my request! He said ,”well now I have to delete the whole transaction,”as if he got bothered with my request! Mind you it was our first time visiting this place. Paid $35 for two items and yes there is a delivery fee along with credit card usage fee! The place was empty at the time we went! Atmosphere is a good concept; customer service needs improvement! Do i recommend sure a one time and done! The girls recommend the chocolate to be softer too hard for their liking!

The food was so good and the drinks were also so good I love the place I got the Ramen and the Korean corn dog. It was the best idea. and for the drink, I got the blue raspberry lemonade. It was so good a little bit sweet but still super good. It taste like candy. The other food also looks super good, but yeah, I definitely recommend coming and if you’re gonna come with a family, it’s perfect for a family time or if you wanna pick up a snack if you like something sweet or spicy this is the place and making my own Ramen was so fun and you could pick whatever side you wanna add 10/10 100% recommend.
